The current bylaws for the Association were written and approved in September 1981. Oklahoma law changed in 2019 and the Board of Directors has developed a revised set of bylaws over the past several months to conform with the changes made to the law. The basic contents of the original bylaws have been followed in the revision. These revised bylaws will need to be approved by the Association members at the Annual meeting on September 16, 2023.
